GEB building: the ground-floor self-guided route is step-free, but the observation deck ("kraaiennest") is up two flights of stairs with no elevator.
Justus van Effencomplex: a further trip west (Spangen), but explicitly wheelchair/rollator accessible — an elevator is available, just ask the host or resident guide.
